Daan Gielis is part of Behind the Scenes, a group exhibition at TACK TICK Mechelen (BE).
TACK TICK, a new space for international contemporary art in the centre of Mechelen, opens to the public for the first time on 25 and 26 April 2026. The occasion is Behind The Scenes — an invitation to step inside before the official opening, timed to coincide with Art Brussels. Two days only.
Behind The Scenes brings together works by artists who have played an important role in the development of TACK TICK — a first signal of the programme and the ambitions of the space. The presentation is deliberately informal: not a curated exhibition in the traditional sense, but a living preview of an institution in formation.
The official opening of TACK TICK in Mechelen is planned for September 2026. Behind The Scenes is the prelude.
