KETELEER GALLERY is very pleased to announce the opening of its 3rd location at the new ‘Platform 6a’ project by Deweer.
The first exhibition will be a group exhibition including works by Stephan Balkenhol – Günther Förg – Imi Knoebel – Jan Fabre – Panamarenko – Bjarne Melgaard – Leo Copers – Nasan Tur – Guillaume Bijl – Peter Land – Jon Pilkington.
Opening weekend:
PLATFORM 6A is a unique new project by Deweer Gallery Estate. The empty spaces of the former Deweer Gallery are re-activated to create a brand new platform for artists. A shared space, joining galleries, private art collections, companies and art events offers a new meeting ground and the opportunity to welcome collectors and art enthusiasts in a more personal way.
KETELEER GALLERY takes over the first floor, room 3, and will curate a minimum of 2 major exhibitions per year, consisting of a selection of works from its own program and from the Deweer Gallery Estate. On October 2nd room 3 will be inaugurated with a new group exhibition. Deweer Gallery Estate wants to show its continuing support for promising young artists and will present a solo exhibition by young photographer Sybren Vanoverberghe (°1996, BE) in the lobby and ground floor space of room 3.
